AI that runs like a factory

AI agents and content engines for Australian manufacturers and distributors.

Built by a manufacturing family. We set up AI that drafts your quotes, answers spec questions, chases order status and keeps your marketing running, with a human approving every output.

  • Free 30–45 min audit + 2-page report
  • Month-to-month pilots
  • Priced to your needs

The problem

You know you should be using AI. You just don't have the hours.

Small manufacturers, wholesalers and distributors run lean. The same people who quote, pack and chase invoices are meant to be posting on LinkedIn and fixing the website too.

  • RFQs and quote requests pile up in the inbox
  • The same "where's my order?" and spec-sheet emails, every day
  • A dated website and no time for LinkedIn or SEO
  • A sales rep or marketing person just left
  • Generic AI agencies are built for tradies and real estate, not industrial B2B

Cravio AI is a Sydney-based AI consultancy and the AI operations partner for industrial businesses across Australia. We build and run AI agents and content engines for Australian manufacturers and distributors, and unlike generic agencies, we come from a manufacturing business ourselves.

What we build

Spotlight: the content automation agent

Your whole content team, running like a production line.

Give it product launches, factory footage and application notes. It researches, drafts every format, lines everything up for your sign-off, then schedules it. Nothing posts until a person on your team approves it.

01

Research

Finds the topics, questions and search terms your buyers use, from your product range and industry.

02

LinkedIn & blog

Drafts LinkedIn posts and blog articles in your voice, built on your own products and know-how.

03

Reels & short video

Turns factory and product footage into scripted, captioned short videos and reels.

04

SEO pages

Writes product and application pages that answer the questions your buyers search for.

05

Newsletters

Pulls the month's news, launches and articles together into a customer email newsletter.

06

Approve, then schedule

You review everything in one place. Approved posts are scheduled to the right channels. Nothing goes out without a human yes.

Agent use cases

Five agents built for manufacturers and distributors

See how they fit together on our AI agents and manufacturers and distributors pages.

RFQ / quote-draft agent

Reads emailed enquiries, matches products against your catalogue and price list, drafts the quote in your template and flags missing specs. A human approves before anything is sent.

Technical spec and catalogue assistant

Answers distributor and tradie questions ("which earth rod for clay soil?") from your datasheets, on your website chat and in internal email, citing the source document.

Order-status / customer-service agent

Looks up order status in your ERP or spreadsheet, drafts "where's my order?" replies and escalates delays to your team.

Lead research and outreach agent

Builds lists of target builders, contractors and distributors, enriches them from public data and drafts personalised outreach for your sales rep, in line with the Spam Act.

Content engine

Turns product launches, factory footage and application notes into LinkedIn posts, reels, SEO application pages and newsletters.

Example scenarios

How the agents could work in a business like yours

These are illustrative examples using fictional companies, not clients or results. They show how a typical workflow changes.

Illustrative example

Example: a Sydney fastener wholesaler

Fictional company · wholesale

Before

  • Quote requests arrive by email and wait in a shared inbox
  • Staff look up each part number and price by hand
  • Customers ring to ask "where's my order?"

After

  • The RFQ agent reads each request and matches parts to the price list
  • A draft quote in the company template is ready for a staff member to check and send
  • The order-status agent drafts replies from the order system and flags delays

Agents: RFQ / quote-draft, order status

Illustrative example

Example: a Melbourne steel fabricator

Fictional company · manufacturing

Before

  • Finished projects never make it onto LinkedIn or the website
  • Nobody has time to write case pages or edit site photos
  • Marketing happens only when someone gets a spare afternoon

After

  • The content engine turns job photos and notes into posts, reels and project pages
  • Drafts arrive in one queue for the owner to approve in minutes
  • Approved content is scheduled so the channels stay active

Agents: Content engine

Illustrative example

Example: a Brisbane electrical products distributor

Fictional company · distribution

Before

  • Sales staff answer the same spec questions from tradies every day
  • Answers depend on who picks up the phone
  • Datasheets are scattered across folders and email

After

  • The spec assistant answers from the datasheets and cites the source document
  • Tricky or unusual questions are passed to a person
  • Sales staff spend more of their time on accounts and new business

Agents: Technical spec & catalogue assistant

Illustrative example

Example: a Perth packaging supplier

Fictional company · wholesale

Before

  • Prospecting stops whenever the sales rep is busy
  • Target lists live in old spreadsheets
  • Outreach emails are written one at a time

After

  • The lead research agent builds and enriches lists of target businesses from public data
  • Personalised outreach drafts are ready for the rep to review and send
  • Spam Act consent and unsubscribe rules are built into every sequence

Case study

We started with our own factory

Cravio AI grew out of our own family manufacturing business, MB Enterprises, in Greater Noida, India, which makes earthing, lightning protection and solar mounting products.

That's where we work out how AI fits into a real industrial business, from product content and SEO to lead research and customer enquiries, before we bring it to Australian firms.

We're upfront that this is our own company. Australian client case studies will be published here once pilots finish, with the client's permission.

Client reviews

What our clients say

Real reviews from real clients only. We're taking on our founding clients now.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

What if the AI makes a mistake?

Every agent we deploy works with a human approving its output. Quotes, customer replies and posts are drafts until someone on your team signs off, so a wrong answer is caught before it reaches a customer.

Where is our data kept?

We use least-privilege access and keep data in Australian or approved regions wherever the tools allow. We'll walk you through exactly which systems an agent touches during the audit.

What does "BYOK" mean?

Bring your own key. On the Custom package you can use your own AI provider account, so model usage is billed directly to you and stays under your control.

How long is the contract?

The Pilot is month to month. Growth and Custom are agreed with you when we scope the work.

Do we need an IT team or new software?

No. We connect to what you already use, such as email, spreadsheets, your ERP, MYOB, Xero or CRM, and handle the setup ourselves.

How much does it cost?

Every package is priced to your needs. After the free AI audit we send a written quote based on the agents and content you actually need. AI model / API usage is passed through at cost or included, and we'll show you what it is.
